Skinny Raspberry Wasabi Hot Chocolate

Serves 1
-¾ cup skim milk
-1 ½ teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
-2 tablespoons chopped semisweet chocolate
-1 ¼ teaspoons sugar
-½ teaspoon chocolate extract (optional)
-Generous pinch pure wasabi or to taste
-1 tablespoon Chambord
Combine milk and cocoa in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour mixture into a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat along with chocolate and sugar. Cook until thoroughly heated and chocolate is melted, stirring frequently. Stir in the chocolate extract, wasabi powder and Chambord. Serve hot.
