French Toast Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients:
-8 oz. vanilla soy milk
-1 rounded teaspoon protein powder, vanilla or plain (I use plain brown rice protein powder)
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-Pinch nutmeg
-1 tablespoon maple syrup
-1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
Method:
In a blender combine soy milk, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.  Blend until the protein powder is well incorporated.  Add in frozen banana and blend until smooth and well combined.  Serve immediately and enjoy!
