love homemade granola!! i was obsessed for awhile with the olive oil version I had made, but recently tried one with coconut oil that was also stellar. i bet coconut oil would be a good sub in this recipe too :)

Bee - I highly recommend making granola. It's one of those rare things that is incredibly easy but oh so satisfying. The only potential downside I can think of is that homemade granola is so addictive (especially warm out of the oven) that it's completely easy to stuff yourself on it. Mmm...I already have two other granola recipes in mind.

I've NEVER made granola! Oy, I am a bad lady. But I did buy some mason jars at the craft store, so it's on my to-do list ;)
