		<description>Shannon - Thanks.  I have to admit, since this works I&#039;m kind of obsessed with what I can do next with fruit chips.  Though most basically I think I&#039;ll probably make some apple and pear chips and put them out next time I have a cheese platter.  When I first stumbled upon the recipe on Marthastewart.com I was afraid they would be more dehydrated fruit like (makes sense) but as long as you slice them paper thin, they get surprisingly crisp.</description>

However, whenever I have lobster or crab, I always want to stay true to the flavors of the crustatean and eat it with just some butter... mostly because I indulge only about once a year! but who knows, maybe king crab will be on sale and I&#039;ll be inspired ;)</description>
