Anyone who has been following my blog for an extended period of time will know my obsession with cheese. While I can be thrifty in other areas of my life cheese is one of those things where I am willing to spend for quality and spend every moment savoring my find. Every week I look forward to my Thursday night cheese class and this week was no exception. This week’s class was taught by Leslie Mann, the cheese buyer for the South End Formaggio store. The class was extremely informative in addition to being delicious. I found myself taking eight pages of notes. Among the things I learned in this class is that there is now a new magazine that is essentially like Wine Spectator but for cheese. I was estatic to hear this since I am a cheese nerd and have spent afternoons fantasizing that such a magazine might some day exist. Needless to say I rudely signed up for a subscription on my iPhone during class despite never having seen the magazine. It is supposedly also on sale at gourmet wine and cheese shops but you can get a sneak peak here. I’ll give a more thorough review once my first issue arrives but in the meantime I would love to hear thoughts from anyone who has gotten a chance to read it.

Hi Kelly!
I am so excited about CULTURE! I just visited the sneak peak from your blog–sooo exciting.
Cheese is one of my obsessions, too. I don’t think I could ever be a vegan just because of cheese (well, an occasial sausage, too
)
Just added you to my list of favorite blogs (LONG overdue). And thank you for the compliment on my new header. I went back and forth on ideas.

Kelly! Thank you for your kind words on my blog. I have spent a few minutes browsing through yours and it is wonderful. I have you added to my google reader; I will be back
Camilla – Awww. You are too sweet. I am such a fan of yours so I am flattered.
Eralda LT – Thanks!
Super magazine. I'll have to look for it. Do you think B & N would carry it? If not I'll check it out on line. Thanks.
Hi Kelly! I just came across your blog today, and I love that you are baking for the troops! What a great thing to do
I’d never heard of that before but definitely want to see if I can get involved as well to at least show my appreciation.
